Stage 2
Mining

We develop the mine, extract ore safely and deliver it to processing. Our first mining is through partnerships; KMCL-owned and operated mines are planned for 2029–2032.

Ore is crushed and milled, then gold is leached and recovered on activated carbon in a Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) circuit, or Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) where the ore requires it. Processing needs a Processing Licence (PCL).

Recovered gold is refined to high purity; gemstones are sorted, graded, cut, polished and certified. KMCL will refine through licensed partners first. Refining requires a Refining Licence (RFL), separate from a Processing Licence.

We buy gold and gemstones from licensed producers, aggregate them and sell to domestic and international buyers, under the dealer or broker licence each transaction needs.

Minerals are handled securely, moved with the right export permit and certificates, and delivered to international markets.
